Not quite as good or consistent as the original in Hong Kong, not to mention pricier-- but the vibe is totally appropriate for Singapore's fancy Jewel Changi, and of the main BBQ meats they do, usually at least two will be good on any given day-- this particular visit the roast duck and the char siu were delicious, the roast pork was just okay. Service is pretty good too, and that's about all you can ask.

Even though we're not native Singaporeans, they realize this and treated us royally. Excellent service. Seated immediately. We ordered roast duck and pork char siew. Pardon my spelling. We had an enjoyable meal at the jewel location.

When you get a chance to visit Changi Airport. Great HK style noodles and roast pork. Quick service and plenty of seatings. Noodles are coated with savory sauce and very chewy and thin. So good.

I'm a huge fan of Hong Kong style roast duck and crispy pork. I've sampled it in fancy restaurants, and in street markets. I've never tasted roast duck and crispy pork in Hong Kong that can match the incredible flavors of Kam's roast meat in the Jewel mall in Singapore! It's one of the many restaurants in the Jewel mall. Busy, clean and bustling. The service isn't the greatest, if you need something you'll have to flag down a server. But the food! A nicely varied menu, excellent flavors, tasty sauces, it's an absolute culinary delight! If you're in the Jewel mall, you simply must eat here.

If you have even a few hours to kill at the airport, making a stop at Kam's is worth exiting security and walking over to the Jewel. Amazing food, fast service - what more could you ask for?

Just made it before the kitchen is closed Not disappointed and even surprisingly delicious Goose meat is tender, lean, and juicy portions is good for a half order. The flavor is not our typical taste back home it has more Smokey taste and the meat is lean. The wonton noodle is good, love the thin egg noodle that has the right texture served with the soup on the side.

Great choice of different HK roast. Love the duck and meats. Order the noodles with ginger & scallions. The duck was done just right. Tender and juicy, the crispy roast pork and BBQ port was wonderful. Out of this world. We got the quarter duck portion and shared the roast, overall a wonderful meal. Highly recommended.

Famous in Hong Kong with many Singaporeans, so they've also opened outlets here. Having tried the first Kam's Roast at Pacific Plaza, I tried the newly opened outlet at Jewel with my family before my flight. Friendly service staff and food was good as usual. Special call out for the toro char siew with its layer of fat nicely charred and caramelised. Fast service so you won't worry about missing your flight. Noodle plates with choice selection of duck, roast pork belly and char siew ends at 5pm. Afterwhich, they serve ala carte combo selections.

Located in the new Jewel at Changi, Kam's Roast's Michelin Star signs drew us in. We were seated immediately, our orders were taken quickly, and our food came out fast. Portions are a reasonable (not huge) size. We tried the roast duck, the crispy-skinned pork, the soya chicken, & the char siew between our two (over rice) plates. A little condiment dish of oil/scallion/ginger came with the soya chicken & that really added a delicious element. Next time, I'd ask for more of that for the rice. All the meats were good, & while the service was not necessarily what I'd call warm, it was efficient.
